Ingredients:

  • Nonstick Cooking Spray
  • 1 16oz Can Refried Beans
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin 
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup Sully's Salsa (choose your favorite flavor!)

Garnish:

  • ½ Red Onion, Diced
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro, Chopped

To Serve:

  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the Dish:

    • Spray an 8” x 8” casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray to ensure easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
  3. Mix Ingredients:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and Sully's Salsa. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Bake the Dip:

    • Pour the bean mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
    • Place the dish in the oven and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Cool and Garnish:

    • Remove the casserole dish from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
    • Top with diced red onion and chopped cilantro for a fresh, vibrant finish.
