Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup Sully's Salsa (choose your favorite flavor!)
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir the ground beef until it’s crumbly and browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Drain and discard any excess grease from the skillet.

- Stir in Sully's Salsa, chopped onion, mayonnaise, chili powder, and ground cumin into the cooked beef.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and mix everything well.

- Spread about half of the beef mixture into the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of crushed tortilla chips over the beef mixture.
- Top with half of the shredded Cheddar cheese and half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining beef mixture, tortilla chips, Cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
